For all donations, KANFEI YONA or its vendors or agents will bill your credit card or an alternative payment method. When you provide credit card information to us or our vendors, you represent to us that you are the authorized user of the credit card that is used to pay for the products and services.

In the event legal action is necessary to collect on balances due, you agree to reimburse KANFEI YONA and its vendors or agents for all expenses incurred to recover sums due, including attorney's fees and other legal expenses.

You are responsible for purchase of, and payment of charges for, all Internet access services and telecommunications services needed for use of the Site.

2.8 Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Your use of and browsing of the Site are at your own risk. Everything on the Site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.

2.11 Governing Law

The Site is created and controlled by KANFEI YONA in Israel. By using any of the Site, you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Rabbinical Court Lishkat Haposkim in Beit Shemesh, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site.

If any portion of these terms is held to be unenforceable, the unenforceable portion shall be construed according to the Jewish law to the greatest extent possible to reflect the original intentions of the parties, and the remainder of the provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

2.12 Miscellaneous

We may be required by state or federal law to notify you of certain events. You hereby acknowledge and consent that such notices will be effective upon our posting them on our Websites or delivering them to you through the email address we have for you.

You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of our Websites or these Terms of Use must be filed within six (6) months after such claim or cause of action arose or it will be forever barred.

4. COMPLIANCE WITH ISRAELI PRIVACY LAW (AMENDMENT 13)

This Website operates in accordance with Israeli law, including Amendment 13 to the Privacy Protection Law (effective August 14, 2025). This represents a significant reform in Israeli privacy legislation.

4.4 Enhanced Data Subject Rights

The amendment increases rights of data subjects and extends the statute of limitations for privacy violations.

4.5 Specially Sensitive Information

We conduct data mapping and classification to identify instances of Specially Sensitive Information processing and assess whether we meet thresholds for additional compliance requirements.

4.6 Security Measures

We implement robust security measures including data encryption, access control, and regular security audits as required by the amendment.

We may update this Privacy Policy and Terms of Service from time to time. In the event of material changes, we will publish a notice on the Website and update the date at the top of this document.
